닐슨앤 메시란?

닐슨앤 메시는 퓨어 바닐라 향료 제품을 메인으로 생산하는 약 백여년의 역사를 가진 회사 입니다.

1907년 리차드 메시가 미국 일리노이스주에서 설립후에 1920년대에 이르러 채필드 닐센과 합작을 하여 현재의 닐슨앤 메시라는 회사로 발전하게 되었습니다.

마다가스카르, 멕시코, 타히티의 최상급 바닐라 재배지역에서 생산된 바닐라를 엄선된 생산 방식으로 제조 하고 있고, 모든 바닐라 빈 한묶음, 한 알갱이 까지 모두 검사하여 최상급 품질 기준에 맞추고 있습니다.

현재 미국내에서는 물론 유럽에서 퓨어 바닐라 향료 하면 닐슨 앤 메시 제품을 말할 정도로 글로벌 회사 및 제품으로 발전하였습니다.

닐슨앤 메시는 바닐라 향료 제품만 있는게 아닙니다. 아몬드, 레몬, 페퍼민트, 오렌지 착향료도 있고 특히나 바닐라와 레몬은 바로 식음 가능한 페이스트 제품도 있습니다.
